Rework, repair and non-automated processes are becoming increasingly demanding due to advancing technology and automation. As a result, the demands on rework systems and their operating personnel are constantly increasing. Qualified hand soldering personnel make a decisive contribution to ensuring product quality. The seminar provides comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge in the selection, handling and use of suitable tools and aids for the production of highly reliable hand soldered joints and rework work. The assessment of results according to IPC standards is an essential part of the course. In a final performance review, graduates demonstrate the knowledge they have acquired, which is confirmed by the certificate of attendance.
