Our training courses are flexible. If you have already completed a "lower" qualification, you can upgrade it at any time. Simply attend the remaining seminar modules to progress to the next level of training.
Example: If you are an ESD helper and later take on further responsibility, you can attend the necessary seminars to become an ESD officer or ESD coordinator.

ESD Coordinator
The ESD Coordinator, is responsible for monitoring and controlling electrostatic hazards and coordinating the ESD protection concept. This includes regular inspection of work areas, equipment and materials, as well as ESD audits to identify potential ESD sources. Based on these assessments, the coordinator develops strategies and guidelines to minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge along the entire process chain.
Another important aspect of an ESD coordinator's work is employee training. This includes conducting ESD training and awareness programs to raise awareness of the potential risks and correct behaviors when handling sensitive components.

ESD Representative
The ESD Officer is responsible for ensuring that ESD protection measures are implemented appropriately in the various areas of the company. Dhis includes assisting in the selection of ESD materials and equipment and monitoring the implementation of protective measures. Through his work, the ESD officer helps to ensure that the company can effectively counter ESD risks and that the necessary ESD prevention measures are implemented.

ESD Helpers
The ESD Helper, assists in the implementation of appropriate protective measures to minimize the risk of electrostatic discharge. The ESD helper is also responsible for regularly reviewing compliance with ESD policies and procedures, assisting ESD managers and conducting regular ESD reviews and identifying potential improvements to ensure an effective ESD protection concept.
